Bobcat attack caught on subdivision camera

A rabid bobcat attacked Kristi Wade in her North Carolina driveway recently, and the whole event was captured on a security camera.

Fortunately, Kristi's husband, Happy, was there to rescue her.

The cat can first be seen running across the street in front of their home. It then growls twice and attacks Kristi. Happy grabs it, holds it at arm's length, realizes it's not just a domestic neighborhood cat, then tosses it away.

Both Happy and his wife were bitten and had to get more than 30 rabies shots each. Happy wounded the the animal with a pistol shot, and it was later killed by police.
