The year was 2016. It seems like a lifetime ago doesn't it? Shortly after Donald Trump was elected President (or actually it was before) stunned Democrats started their 4-year plan of trying to remove him from office. After smearing his character during the campaign, the next item on the list was Russia. The mainstream media took it hook, line, and sinker. They couldn't get enough of it. And when Trump pushed back? The media, offended that the President would dare call them out for the truth, and call them 'fake news', banned together crying out to the public to support what they said were 'credible' and 'factual' news sources. The media, they cried was all about the truth! While Trump was the bad, evil liar, that conspired with Russia to steal the election. 4-years later, we know that Russia was a hoax, and Trump was telling the truth. As for the media? Well, let's just say that the honesty, telling the truth. and getting the story right? That all went out the window once Joe Biden and Kamala Harris began running against Trump. Also out the window? Apparently, freedom of speech and out 1st Amendment rights! No coverage of the election fraud, silence on the Hunter Biden scandal, and not a peep on Big Tech completely censoring conservatives! So where is outrage? Free Speech is supposed to be #1 in the journalism playbook! What happened? Political analyst, and Fox News contributor Adam Goodman told KTRH "I think once we recognize that speech is no longer truly free, that it's monitored and in some ways owned by big tech and others, once we fully realize that I think that's when reach the point and say we've had enough." Goodman believes that people still want the truth, and that successful media moving forward will be based on actually news, not opinions. "Provide information for people, and let them figure out what to do with it." The truth shall set you free.
