There is a curfew in effect this weekend in San Antonio and Baxer counties, residents forbidden from gathering outside from a0pm to 5 am unless they are commuting for work.
Violators can face a fine of up to $1,000. Restaurants have to close to indoor and outdoor dining during the curfew, which ends tomorrow morning.
In Houston, Mayor Sylvester Turner suggested he could be looking at a possible curfew.
