Shoppers at Memorial City Mall in Houston today heard shots ring out and ran for cover. The shooters did not manage to hit anyone. Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo says, "Unfortunately, because of people panicking and a 'stampede' going on, Houston Fire Department transported one person with very minor injuries to a local hospital "
Another person was also injured and was treated at the scene by EMTs. Authorities have not made arrests yet, but two vehicles involved in the shootings have been identified.
