‘Jews for Trump’ rally in Manhattan prompts street clashes

Seven people were arrested during skirmishes sparked by a pro-Trump caravan of cars rolling through Manhattan Sunday. Rudolph W. Giuliani, the president’s personal lawyer and the city’s former mayor, rode in one car.

Organized by a group called Jews for Trump, the caravan passed through Times Square where it encountered a group of anti-Trump protesters yelling expletives and throwing eggs and other projectiles at passing vehicles. Meanwhile, another group holding pro-Trump banners traded blows and political slurs with the anti-Trump protesters until police broke them up.
