Since the pandemic started the mainstream media has done their best to ignore what, for them, is an inconvenient fact.
They completely glossed over Trump's economic success before COVID, which Jake Novak at CNBC says didn't fit their agenda.
"I think the biggest aspect of the success that they ignored was the rising up in economic fortunes for people in the lower and middle end," Novak stated.
Yes, the closures the Democrats succeeded in getting have hurt, but Novak says the shape the economy was in really prevented a major freefall.
"It would have been much worse. I think the biggest bullet that you dodged was that you had a lot fewer Americans with no money in the bank at all." Novak explained, adding that that the stock market has already recovered, with the Nasdaq already getting to higher levels than it was before.
