A memorial service is in the planning stages for Houston restaurateur Tony Vallone, who died of natural causes on Thursday at age 75.
Vallone was the founder of Tony's Restaurant in Greenway Plaza and Tony's Catering.
The restaurant will be closed until Monday and will reopen on Tuesday.
Tony's has been part of the Houston scene for almost 55-years.
Tony and Donna Vallone, his wife of 36 years, are known for their generosity to charitable causes and organizations.
