One Texas business owner took matters into her own hands, and her community rallied behind her.
Shelley Luther, a Dallas salon owner, re-opened her business, breaking quarantine. It did not take long for her to get a fine of $1,000 dollars.
Luther's community had her back, rallying on Saturday. Luther spoke to the crowd, too, and what she did with the citation will either make you smile if you support her or shake your head if you didn't.
Despite getting the citation on Friday, Luther opened her salon again on Saturday, and had customers waiting on a line to see her.
