Texas Senator Ted Cruz knows where the coronavirus pandemic started, and he is taking steps to make sure the right people are held accountable.
Cruz was on Fox News and talked about legislation that he has filed, that if passed, would sanction Chinese officials for letting this get out the way it did.
Cruz says that if China had acted differently, they could have avoided the global pandemic, and possibly just kept it contained to China.
Cruz called China a threat to national security and global health.
