The Latest Soon-to-be-Scarce Coronavirus-Related Item

Hand sanitizer and paper towels are not the only items flying off the shelves. The coronavirus panic is also causing ammunition sales to rise. Kyle Harrison of Top Gun Shooting Range says he is seeing it.

""It is outpacing 'normal' for this time of year. It is selling at a high rate right now - like water, paper towels and stuff.Any time anybody stocks up and prepares for any kind of emergency - ammo is always needed. When/if actual panic buying starts, ammo will be hard to find." Online ammunition retailer ammo dot com reports their sales increased 45% in the last week of February. Their spokesman says it's the first time they have seen a rise due to a disease. Harrison says his customers like to be prepared even if they don't know exactly what will happen. They want to keep their families comfortable and safe.
