It’s the 34th Annual Texas Home & Garden Show, opening today and running through Sunday at NRG Center.
“This year we’ve introduced five new pavilions, from smart aging, to emergency preparedness, to vacation and leisure trips to backyard oasis’,” says Shaun Wymes, president of International Exhibitions. If you’re looking for ways to save money and stay updated on the latest trends of home décor this is the place you want to be this weekend.
Wymes says a wide range of Houstonians come back each year. “We get a cross-section of people. A lot of new home buyers, or people who are renovating their home, and a lot of apartment dwellers, who are very interested in the latest trends,” says Wymes.
While Houston weather makes up its mind about winter and spring this is the perfect opportunity to plan your garden for this year.
The Houston Texas Home & Garden Show runs from 2 to 6 today, 10 to 6 tomorrow, and 11 to 5 Sunday.
