Harris County officials say a Katy man is accused of making his 13-year-old daughter deliver illegal drugs for him for three-years.
Deputies arrested 33-year-old Phillip Cunningham Junior on Wednesday night.
Cunningham faces a charge of injury to a child and two charges of drug dealing.
Deputies reportedly found Xanax and Ecstasy worth more than 45-thousand-dollars at Cunningham's home.
His daughter is now in the custody of her mother.
