Houston's Bush Intercontinental Airport is one of the top five airports where security found the most.
The Transportation Security Administration says officers at Bush had found 138 guns on passengers or in carry-on bags in 2019.
TSA officers found more than 44-hundred guns at airports nationwide, and 87-percent of them were loaded.
Bush's total puts it fourth on the TSA's top-five list. Atlanta is number one.
In Texas, only DFW Airport in Dallas was higher on the list, at number two, with 217 guns found. Denver was third, Phoenix 5th.
