House Speaker Nancy Pelosi always tried to downplay impeachment by calling it sad and somber. But when she signed the Articles of Impeachment yesterday she used commemorative pens.
That's right, basically souvenir pens that she gave away to people like Jerry Nadler, Adam Schiff, and others. They even had her autograph on them.
Pelosi, on this sad occasion, also took the time to pose with other people holding those same pens.
The good news is that the White House was watching. And, they responded.
