House Speaker Nancy Pelosi apparently refused to take a phone call from Vice President Mike Pence last nighht notifying her that Iran had launched missile attacks against at least two U.S. military bases in Iraq.
Politico reported that Pelosi's response to an aide who told her that Pence was on the phone was, “Tell him I’ll call him back.”
The report said Pelosi was in a meeting, and was set to open the U.S. House for a new session moments later.
As mad as you might be that Pelosi refused a call from the Vice President of the United States, you're not as mad as Congresswoman Liz Cheney is.
