Here's a shocker: a new study says Houston has some of the most crowded freeways in Texas.
The annual study by the Texas A&M Transportation Institute lists 12 Houston highways among the state's 20 busiest.
The West Loop in the Uptown Area leads the list.
The study showed nearly 219-thousand drivers creep up and down the Loop every day.
I-35 in Austin was second on the list, followed by the Southwest Freeway and the Eastex Freeway, both in Houston, and then the Woodall Rodgers Freeway in Dallas.
