Senator John Cornyn delivers the commencement address this morning at the University of Houston-Victoria graduation ceremony.
There are 500 graduates from the School of Arts & Sciences, the School of Business Administration, and the School of Education, Health Professions & Human Development.
The ceremony is being held at Merrell Center on South Stadium Lane.
