Texas Governor Greg Abbott says he's staying in close contact with local officials and emergency teams following explosions at a Southeast Texas petrochemical plant.
Abbott says several agencies are assessing the aftermath, including the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
Several towns near the TDC facility in Port Neches are under an evacuation order.
At least three people suffered minor injuries in the two explosions on Wednesday.
