The San Antonio man accused of attacking a teen Trump supporter will serve three years' deferred adjudication.
Kino Jimenez was accused of verbally attacking 16-year-old Hunter Richard in a Whataburger last year, throwing a drink in his face, and stealing the MAGA hat off his head.
Cell-phone video of the assault went viral.
Jimenez pleaded no contest a couple of weeks ago to a charge of theft.Deferred adjudication means the crime won't be on his record if he stays out of trouble for three years.
