Less shopping is happening on Amazon, and consumers are favoring Wal-Mart, according to a new survey.
Both have started offering deals as there are six days less of holiday shopping with Black Friday so late in the month.
Smart shopping expert Trae Bodge said shoppers are looking for deals.
"We are seeing an increased interest in experiences and because of that I think we will see a little bit of a surge in brick and mortar business this holiday shopping season," said Bodge.
She said wherever you shop, it is a shopper’s market.
"If you prefer online shopping versus in store, if you want to roam in the store and touch and feel products, really the game is yours, so shop wherever you'd like," said Bodge.
Both companies have been in a battle over delivery--including groceries.
