A Texas woman is dead after a police officer shot her inside her home.
The officer was investigating the house in Forth Worth because a door was left open.
Bodycam footage shows the officer peered inside a window using a flashlight, spotted someone inside standing near a window and told her to put her hands up. Then he opened fire.
Like in a recent similar case in Dallas, the officer was white and the victim was black.
She was identified as 28-year-old Atatiana Jefferson.
The officer has been placed on administrative leave.
