While interest rates continue to drop, many homeowners are asking if now's a good time to refinance their mortgage.
Mortgage Broker, Robert Stern says, "Yes, now is a good time to do a refi, but do the math and do your research first, before you pull the trigger."
He says, "Some homeowners are taking out the equity in their home to pay off high interest credit cards, which is another good way to save some money."
