Another Research Study - Cut Down on Drinking

Having one drink 5 out of 7 days a week may be really really bad for you!

A new study says drinking several glasses of alcohol a week can shorten your lifespan. The Lancet Medical Journal published the research that shows that people who drink are more likely to have a stroke, heart failure or suffer from an aneurysm. That's just 100 grams of alcohol a week --- which is about five glasses of wine or pints of beer --- can actually increase the chance of premature death.

Drinking 10-18 glasses of wine a week can take off one-to-two years from your life.
