John Carter Kean, who left his mother's home on July 20 with a note that said, "I'm leaving for New York." has been found safe and sound. The 16-year-old may have been in west Houston and may have been anywhere. Authorities believe he may have been lured was lured to Texas through a gaming app.He was found Saturday afternoon. And authorities are not giving any other details. Officials, did, however, say that where he was found was in a "dynamic situation."
