Big Discrepancies in the Botched Harding Street Drug Raid

Attorney's for the family of Rhogena Davis, the woman killed in the botched Harding Street drug raid, are demanding answers.

They say after conducting their own investigation they've uncovered major discrepancies in HPD's investigation and version of events.

The family attorney's say Davis was killed before officers ever entered the home.

They say there was no struggle over a weapon that caused her to be shot, as HPD first reported.

Attorney's allege there were two shots fired inside the home by police after the fatal shooting.

Davis's family attorney's say that investigators are involved in a cover up.

They say they want all parties involved in the botched raid to be held accountable and plan to pursue the case to the fullest extent of the law.
