The heatwave is causing suffering all over and none so bad as the folks in France who are seeing the highest temperatures they have ever experienced. Ever.
The unprecedented temps are fueling wild fires in Spain and France. Hundreds of fire fighters are trying to quell the flames. 1500 acres in southern France have been burning. Several towns are experiencing temperatures as high at 104 F. Three people reportedly died in Italy, and much of Spain is on high alert due to the heat.
