The poultry-based fast food chain looms large over the competition with a score of 86 out of 100. Pizza Hit, Papa John’s, Chipotle, and Arby’s tie for fourth place with a score of 80.Taco Bell scored a 75.
It’s been a good year for Chick-Fil-A which has generated more than $10.4 billion in revenue so far despite only remaining open six days a week. Their success can likely be attributed to top-notch customer service training.
