Heart attacks used to be something you worried about when you got into our 60's, but now medical professionals are concerned, because younger generations are having heart attacks and heart problems much earlier than past generations.
Healthy Living Expert, Dr. David Barcyzk tells KTRH, "A sedentary lifestyle is a major factor in heart problems among younger generations."
He also tells us, "Younger generations have a busier life and tend to eat on the go, which means usually they're eating unhealthier foods. Just getting out and exercising at least 30 minutes a day will make a huge difference in your heart health."
