The African Sahara dust is on the way!
KTBX Chief Meteorologist Shel Winkley tells KTRH, "You may seem some dust in the sky this weekend, but most of it will be here by next week."
He also tells us, "The dust helps damper storms in the gulf by bringing in drier air. The dust will make for pretty sunrise and sunsets. Folks with breathing issues should be fine, but should keep a watchful eye on conditions."
