(Marion, Indiana) -- An unlicensed Indiana gun owner is in the hospital after accidentally shooting his penis. Marion police say 46-year-old Mark Anthony Jones he reached down to adjust his falling nine-millimeter handgun in his waistband when it discharged, shooting a bullet that "entered just above his penis and exited his scrotum."
Since Jones has no gun license, investigators have sent the case of the a Grant County prosecutor as he may face charges for the self-inflicted wound.
