(Madera Ranchos, CA) -- An investigation is underway after a newborn baby was found in a Madera County roadway. The newspaper delivery man who found the little girl today told the Fresno Bee that it was a chilling moment. The child was found in Madera Ranchos, wearing a onesie with no diaper -- her umbilical cord was still attached. The baby was taken to a hospital at just after 4:00 this morning.
