(Houston, TX) -- Three former Houston Texans are now part of the team's coaching staff for the 2019 season. Former Texans linebacker Brian Cushing has joined the strength and conditioning staff. Former quarterback T.J. Yates and former linebacker Akeem Dent are both offensive assistants.
In addition, Tim Kelly has been promoted from tight ends coach to the offensive coordinator position.
