The license plate number is constantly displayed on the R-plate, but it can display other messages as well, like "stolen" if your car is stolen.
It can also track your vehicle and renew your registration. A digital license plate will cost 500-dollars, and there's a subscription rate of 99-dollars per year. The R-plate is currently only available in Arizona and California.
