(Houston, TX) -- Holocaust Museum Houston is scheduled to reopen in June at its original location, but at more than twice the size. The 34-million-dollar overhaul will grow the Caroline Street museum to 57-thousand-square-feet, making it the nation's fourth largest Holocaust museum. The three-story museum will feature a welcome center, four permanent galleries, two galleries for changing exhibits, classrooms, a library, a cafe, an indoor theater, and an amphitheater outdoors. For now, the museum is still at its temporary home on Kirby Drive.
