(Austin, TX) -- Governor Greg Abbott is promising Texas will have health care insurance that covers preexisting conditions. He tweeted Monday morning about the plan, saying it would happen if an appeals court agrees that Obamacare is unconstitutional.
Abbott also says he'll work with Congress to make sure Texans have access to the health care insurance they need. A Texas judge declared Obamacare unconstitutional late last Friday.
