If you were thinking to yourself that Texas got a lot of rain this fall, you are 100% right. This is the most rain Texas has ever gotten in a fall in history.
And the city leading the way with all this rain is Galveston, which has gotten more than 36 inches of rain between the start of September and today.
As for the state overall, Texas averaged over 15 inches for the period. That is double what we usually see between September and December.
