(New York, NY) -- Starbucks holiday drinks are popular this time of year, but many consumers might not know how many grams of sugar they're drinking. A 16-ounce-sized Juniper Latte, made with two-percent milk and whipped cream, has the least amount of sugar on the holiday menu, with 35-grams of sugar.
Meantime, a 16-ounce Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha Latte, also made the two-percent milk and whipped cream, has the most amount of sugar, with 72-grams.
The American Heart Association recommends no more than six-teaspoons or 25-grams of added sugar per day for women and nine-teaspoons or 38-grams for men.
