The lawsuit by groups on behalf of the migrant caravan coming here illegally gets a hearing in a San Francisco court room today.
The Judge in the case is expected to freeze President Trump's policy on this issue and allow them to come here, get jobs and drive down wages. David Ray with the Federation for American Immigration Reform says this could be worse than the Mariel boat lift.
“Instead of coming from one country these are migrants coming from Central America by foot,” Ray explained.
So what can the President do?
“There are many tools available to the President in his toolbox, and I’m sure the President is looking at those options, Ray said adding that there's no way the President doesn't have a backup plan.
