Most are stressed out over country’s future

Stress is something we all have, but the American Psychological Association says some generations seem to have it more than others.

They report Generation Z is the most stressed out, but overall 69% of us are stressed about the country's future. Stress management specialist Veronica Sites tells KTRH Baby Boomers have it as well, but for a different reason.

“It’s mind boggling for them simply because that’s not the world they grew up in. There are multiple stressors today,” Sites stated.

Stressors that also have Generation X wound up tightly.

“There’s an extreme amount of stress and lack of coping skills,” she said.

While almost 70% say the country's future causes them stress, 62% say it's the current political climate that is stressing them out.
