(Houston, TX) -- Police say a man who led them on a high speed chase in southwest Houston killed himself after crashing his SUV. The pursuit began last night when the suspect ran a red light and refused to pull over.
A brief chase ensued with speeds reaching up to 90 miles-an-hour.
The vehicle smashed into a wall on Main Street after a tire blew out, and the unidentified driver was found dead behind the wheel from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
