Rice University leads the universities from Texas that are on this year’s ‘Grateful Graduates Index, a ranking of schools by Forbes based on their alumni giving back. Rice was 28th overall on the list of 200 schools. Education expert David Dillard from KD College Prep tells KTRH this is exactly what every college wants to see.
“It’s showing engagement by students. It’s showing a connection to the university. It’s showing whether they enjoyed their journey,” Dillard said.
Other Texas schools on this list include SMU, TCU and Baylor. Dartmouth was the top ranked school for the second straight year.
