(San Marcos, TX) -- A Pasadena student is one of four victims of last week's apartment fire in San Marcos whose identities are now confirmed. David Ortiz was 21.
San Marcos city officials on Thursday officially identified four of the five who died last Friday. The other three were 20-year-old Dru Estes of San Antonio, 19-year-old Haley Frizzell of San Angelo, and James Miranda of Mount Pleasant.
A fifth possible victim, 21-year-old Belinda Moats of Big Wells, is listed as missing, pending identification of a fifth body found at the destroyed apartment complex.
