The Jefferson County courthouse in Beaumont was evacuated Tuesday morning after reports of a bomb threat.
People in the courthouse and surrounding area were ushered out of buildings because of the threat.
.Jefferson County Sheriff's Office deputies responded at about 9 a.m.
Bomb-sniffing dogs were brought to the area.
There was no explosion and there were no injuries.
