A Houstonian cast member of a hit Broadway musical is in town with the show's national tour, and she's singing in more than one venue.
Dorcas Leung is the understudy for the lead female roles in "Hamilton." She got started in musical theater while she was a student in the Spring Branch ISD.
"Hamilton" is playing at the Hobby Center downtown. Leung was invited to sing the national anthem at Minute Maid Park prior to the Astros game on Thursday.
