On a fast paced morning radio show, like Houston’s Morning News, breakfast has to come during commercials in small, fast and non-messy bites.

Do you hear boiled egg on my menu?  But peeling them fast and with no mess….that’s another matter.  There is the “Russian way”…put your lips together and blow….but that takes some power, that I don’t possess.

An internet search finds lots of advice, not just on peeling, but cooking and cooling.  Adding salt to the water?   But there was one guy who has mastered the technique. Just one crack on the counter and a continuous roll.  Peeling an egg in 10 seconds.  I’m working on it.
