USAA Has Gone 'Woke' And It's No Joke For Members

USAA, the Texas based financial institution that has been know for decades for their support of military members and their families, is now getting called out for going 'woke'.

"If you look at USAA, they've been a strong presence in Texas, a strong presence in San Antonio where they're based" said Glenn Hegar, Texas Comptroller, "As well as their military background and where they started."

But over the last few years under the Biden administration, USAA has taken a sharp left turn, a turn for the worse.

Recently, USAA opted to 'debank' or cancel the accounts for attorney John Eastman, who tried to help former president Donald Trump after the 2020 election.

"Trying to placate or bend to the will of leftist politics and views" Hegar told KTRH, "Whether it's debanking, or ESG."

Hegar also had strong remarks in a post on X that said: “USAA members deserve better from a company that once embraced its members as heroes but now apparently views them as extremists. This lurch to radical leftist ideology is disgraceful.”

And then there's the phrase that has become reality, 'go woke, go broke'.

USAA recently posted it's first loss in nearly a century, and plan to layoff 220 employees.
