Donald Trump has been found in contempt of court this morning. Judge Juan Merchan has ruled that Trump violated a gag order barring him from speaking about nearly everyone involved in the trial.

Trump will have to pay approximately $9,000 dollars in fines for the various violations of the gag order. This kicks off the second week of his Hush Money trial.

After a three-day weekend, the third prosecution witness, a banker named Gary Farro, will return to the stand after testifying for just under an hour last Friday. Farro was Michael Cohen's banker and supposedly facilitated the alleged illegal payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels.

Farro said he helped Michael Cohen start two separate LLCs, one to pay Daniels and another to purchase the story rights of Trump's alleged affair with Playboy model Karen McDougal from American Media, but that never went through, and the account was never funded.

Trump's former Executive Assistant, Rhona Graff, also testified on Friday. She stated that she did see Stormy Daniels at Trump Tower, but she believed Daniels was there for a meeting regarding her potential casting in Trump's reality TV show, "Celebrity Apprentice."

She also stated that Trump was a fair and respectful boss and said of her 34 years working at the Trump Organization, "I never had the same day twice. It was a very stimulating, exciting, fascinating place to be."
