U.S. Army officials this week unveiled a new training facility on Fort Hood to address sexual assaults within the ranks, as well as suicide. It's called the People First Center and will have a training program teaching how to prevent sexual assault and how to report it and properly respond. More than 24 soldiers died on base last year. The investigation begin after the murder of Houston native Vanessa Guillen.
