There has been an Amber Alert issued for a missing child in Harris County. The Precinct 4 Constable's Office is searching for Preston Fears, who is six years old. They are looking for Brandon Spears, a black, male 5’09’’, 210 lbs, black hair, brown eyes. He has warrants out for his arrest and has violent tendencies.
