Houston furniture entrepreneur Jim "Mattress Mack" McIngvale is endorsing Pierce Bush's campaign for the U.S. Congress.
Bush is the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star, the nonprofit's biggest chapter in the country.
McIngvale endorsed him on Thursday in the Republican primary for Texas' 22nd congressional district, which is mostly in Fort Bend and Brazoria Counties.
Bush is the grandson of former President George H.W. Bush and the nephew of former President George W. Bush.
This is his first run for an elective office.
